St Christopher’s Parents & Friends Committee is a vibrant, active and committed group of parents and friends within the school.  They are largely responsible for social and fundraising activities.

The main area of revenue is from fundraising events throughout the year. Fundraising events include: Entertainment Books, Mother’s and Father’s Day Stalls, Footy Day, Crazy Hair Day, Chocolate Drive and Christmas Raffle just to name a few. 

We also support school events throughout the year such as The Art Show, Carnevale and Carols Night.

 

All the monies raised by the Parents and Friends benefit the student and the school.  Some of the items the money has gone towards are: 

• Electronic Whiteboards for all classrooms

• Picnic Tables such as the ones outside the Prep area

• Covered Outdoor Learning Area (Cola)

• Concert path around the oval

• ICT Equipment

• Junior Playground

• School BBQ

• Scoreboard for the Hall

 

The aim of our Committee is to promote the school’s values, help to maintain a positive school community and provide parents and carers opportunities to be involved.  Overall, our goal is to raise money to give back to our school community and have fun while doing it!

All parents and friends of St. Christopher’s are able to join the committee or assist where they can. You can become a General Member or Casual Helper, every little bit helps.

 

Our meetings are held on the first Monday of each month in the Community Room.
